You'll be responsible for

Conducting evaluations

Conduct pre-and post-learning evaluations and provide feedback to management to improve training effectiveness.

Training and mentoring

Train and mentor employees, ensuring they understand safety protocols and scaffolding techniques.

Implementing training methods

Implement training evaluation methods to measure effectiveness and carry a proactive approach to hazard identification and risk mitigation.

Key criteria

3+ years of advanced scaffolding experience

Proven experience in advanced scaffolding techniques and practices.
