You'll be responsible for

📚

Delivering training programs

Conducting underground and surface training, inductions, and mandatory refresher programs in line with site and operational requirements.

Conducting competency assessments

Maintaining accurate training records to support compliance and workforce capability.
🤝

Supporting partnerships with RTOs

Coordinating nationally recognised training and competency development with Registered Training Organisations.

TAE40122 Certificate IV

Possession of TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher.

Demonstrated vocational competency in metalliferous underground mining operations.
