You'll be responsible for

Partnering with leaders to offer trusted workplace relations advice, ensuring compliant and effective people management decisions.

Managing workplace matters

Collaborating with stakeholders to manage and resolve a diverse range of workplace issues, focusing on early intervention.

Supporting strategic initiatives

Contributing to workplace relations initiatives, including enterprise bargaining and organisational change, through high-quality documentation.
