Maintaining training records

Maintain training records, competency documentation, compliance evidence and training matrices to ensure accuracy, audit readiness and alignment with site requirements.

Creating SOPs

Create, update and standardise SOPs, work instructions and training materials to support safe, consistent and compliant operations.

Delivering training

Deliver or coordinate training, refresher sessions and capability-building activities for operators, frontline leaders and site teams.

Demonstrated experience in coordinating training programs in manufacturing.
