You'll be responsible for

Planning and coordinating training
Planning, coordinating, and overseeing all training requirements for construction team members, working closely with external training providers and internal stakeholders.✅
Ensuring compliance
Making sure all training activities meet compliance requirements and remain valid and up to date for all new and existing team members.📚
Maintaining training records
Taking ownership of maintaining accurate training records and proactively managing the training register to support a culture of continuous learning.Key criteria
