Leading and developing a high-performing team of training coordinators to build technical capability across the QNGR workforce.

Driving training delivery

Driving delivery of mechanical and electrical training programs across classroom, virtual and hands-on environments.

Designing training materials

Creating and continuously improve industry-relevant training materials aligned to real-world depot and fleet requirements.
