You'll be responsible for

Managing reservations and bookings

Overseeing restaurant reservations, group bookings, and event enquiries through phone, email, and SevenRooms.

Delivering personalised guest communications

Engaging with guests throughout the entire booking journey to ensure a seamless experience.

Coordinating events and experiences

Leading the planning and execution of private dining and exclusive venue bookings, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
