You'll be responsible for
📞
Acting as a first point of contact
Responding to calls, electronic referrals, and text messages to provide immediate support to victims.🧠
Providing trauma-informed case management
Ensuring victim-survivors receive tailored support that prioritises their safety and emotional needs.📝
Recording work activities accurately
Maintaining accurate records in accordance with privacy legislative requirements and relevant policies.Key criteria
👩⚕️
Two years of family violence experience
Demonstrated experience supporting victims of family violence and crime.View
📜
Bachelor's degree in Social Work
Formal qualification aligned with mandatory requirements for family violence workers.View
🛡️
Knowledge of MARAM Framework
Understanding of risk assessments and predominant aggressor identification.View
