You'll be responsible for

Responding to enquiries
Acting as the first point of contact for the Helpline, responding to calls, electronic referrals, and text messages.⚡
Conducting triage processes
Contributing to daily triage processes to ensure family violence referrals are prioritised and actioned promptly.🤝
Providing victim-centred support
Delivering information, support, and referral services that are trauma-informed and culturally responsive.Key criteria

Two years of family violence experience
Demonstrated experience supporting victims of family violence and crime.View
📚
Bachelor's degree in Social Work
Mandatory qualification aligning with family violence support standards.View

Understanding of victim support systems
Knowledge of legal, mental health, and housing services related to victims.View
