You'll be responsible for

Conducting impactful store visits

Visiting stores to evaluate performance, motivate Regional Managers, and inspire teams to achieve their goals.

Keeping the team aligned

Facilitating daily morning calls, action plans, and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure clear communication and focus.
⚙️

Maximising productivity

Implementing strategic rostering and cost-saving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills you'll need

Multi-site management experience

Experience managing multiple sites within the fashion retail industry, ensuring operational efficiency and team performance.

Strong people management skills

Ability to inspire, coach, and develop team members to achieve their best performance.

Exceptional planning and organisational abilities

Strong skills in planning, organisation, and communication to ensure smooth operations and team alignment.
