You'll be responsible for

Evaluate performance and motivate Regional Managers through regular store visits.

Keeping the team aligned

Facilitate daily morning calls and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure clear communication.

Maximising productivity

Implement strategic rostering and cost-saving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills you'll need

Multi-site management experience

Experience managing multiple retail locations, ensuring each site operates efficiently and meets performance targets.

People management skills

Ability to inspire, coach, and develop team members to achieve their best performance.

Exceptional planning and organisational abilities
