You'll be responsible for

Visiting stores to evaluate performance and motivate Regional Managers to achieve their targets.

Keeping the team aligned

Facilitating daily morning calls, action plans, and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure clear communication.

Maximising productivity

Implementing strategic rostering and cost-saving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
