You'll be responsible for

✅

Ensuring compliance with WHS laws

You will ensure that sites and workplaces across the CPL Group comply with relevant WHS laws, regulations, and codes of practice.
🔍

Conducting safety audits

Undertake generalist work health and safety activities and conduct safety audits to continuously improve safety performance.
📚

Developing safety training programs

In consultation with other teams, develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate work health and safety training that builds staff capability.

Key criteria

📜

Relevant safety qualification and experience

Diploma or tertiary qualification plus 5 years in WHS roles.

Experience in health or human services

Background in disability, aged care, or community services preferred.

Knowledge of RiskMan system

Familiarity with risk management systems is desirable.
