You'll be responsible for

Roster casual and full-time crew
Ensure show delivery needs are met by effectively rostering casual and full-time crew members.💼
Manage the rostering and payroll system
Utilize Timetarget / HumanForce to ensure all data for casual and base staff is accurately captured and properly authorized.📞
Liaise with venues
Arrange utilization of all crew as required and respond to general phone inquiries to confirm staff shifts and troubleshoot where needed.Key criteria
