You'll be responsible for

Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for workforce reporting, analytics and data solutions. Set team priorities and manage workloads across business-as-usual activities and projects.

Delivering workforce analysis and insights

Identify workforce trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis. Translate complex data into clear and practical insights to support workforce planning and decision making.

Overseeing reporting and dashboard solutions

Lead the delivery of accurate, timely and scalable workforce reporting while ensuring reporting definitions, calculations and standards are applied consistently.
