You'll be responsible for

Coordinating field staff productivity

Coordinate and drive field staff productivity to ensure all work orders are handled end-to-end and within regulatory time frames

Managing workforce scheduling

Facilitate and manage all aspects of workforce scheduling, triage, planning and allocation using Excel and other relevant systems
📞

Conducting customer calls

Available on a rotating shift to manage inbound customer calls using client systems and conduct outbound scripted calls with customers

Key criteria

📅

Customer service experience (12+ months)

Demonstrated experience in customer service or scheduling roles.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Competent in Word, Excel, and Outlook for scheduling tasks.

Basic electrical metering knowledge

Understanding of electrical metering work is advantageous.
