Building connections with the Aboriginal community and key stakeholders to deliver front line services to young people.

Undertaking case management activities

Targeting areas of need/risk to reduce re-offending through case planning and intervention programs.

Monitoring outcome plans

Ensuring compliance and progress of case plans in line with operational standards.

Key criteria

📚

Relevant tertiary qualifications

Diploma or higher in social work, psychology, or related field.

NSW Working with Children Check

Clearance in accordance with Child Protection Act 2012.

Current Driver’s Licence

Valid licence required for community engagement and transport.
