You'll be responsible for

Managing client portfolios

Working closely with the team to manage a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Handling communications

Answering telephone calls, managing emails in our group box, arranging quotations, endorsements, and new business.

Overseeing renewals

Managing the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring that policies are renewed on time and that coverage remains appropriate.

Skills you'll need

Insurance experience

Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar account management job within the insurance industry.

Communication skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with clients and colleagues.

Organisational skills

Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring attention to detail.
