You'll be responsible for

Owning a portfolio of key enterprise customers

Driving upsell, cross-sell, and renewals across ANZ to ensure customer success and long-term loyalty.

Cultivating strategic relationships

Maintaining connections with senior and executive stakeholders to drive long-term partnership and commercial alignment.

Partnering with Customer Success

Creating and executing strategic account plans, delivering regular business reviews, and maintaining account health to drive sustained growth and adoption.

What we're looking for

6+ years in SaaS sales or account management

Proven experience driving revenue growth and customer retention.
