Providing reception service
Providing professional first point of contact/reception service to internal and external customers either direct, by phone or email including operational and sales enquiry.📬
Addressing enquiries
Addressing enquiries efficiently and effectively providing accurate information within the scope of the position or coordinating messages and referral to relevant staff.🏡
Supporting residents
Providing appropriate support to residents at all times respecting their privacy, independence and dignity including responding to general administrative and management enquiries.Key criteria
