You'll be responsible for

Providing tailored advice

Interpreting and applying industrial awards and instruments to provide tailored advice to stakeholders.

Advocating at the IRC

Representing the Department at the Industrial Relations Commission, preparing necessary documentation and liaising with legal representatives.

Engaging with stakeholders

Engaging with industrial stakeholders to deliver accurate, relevant, and timely advice to support planning and decision making.
