Acting as Melba’s senior specialist responsible for the design, improvement, and ongoing effectiveness of all mandatory training frameworks.

Optimising learning systems

Acting as the functional lead for learning systems in relation to mandatory training, ensuring systems support learning outcomes and compliance requirements.

Partnering with stakeholders

Partnering with leaders and subject matter experts to determine when training is required and when alternative controls are more appropriate.
