Acting as Melba’s senior specialist responsible for the design, improvement, and ongoing effectiveness of all mandatory training frameworks.⚙️
Optimising learning systems
Acting as the functional lead for learning systems in relation to mandatory training, ensuring systems support learning outcomes and compliance requirements.🌐
Partnering with stakeholders
Partnering with leaders and subject matter experts to determine when training is required and when alternative controls are more appropriate.Key criteria
