Leading onboarding delivery
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the APJ sales onboarding experience, ensuring new hires across both Okta and Auth0 achieve core competencies and time-to-productivity targets.💪
Facilitating high-impact sessions
Facilitate high-impact onboarding sessions (virtual and in-person), conduct certifications and provide actionable performance coaching to new account executives.🌍
Supporting enablement initiatives
Serve as a key facilitation resource for the wider APJ Enablement team, assisting in the facilitation and training of both global and local enablements.Key criteria
