You'll be responsible for

Providing application support
Delivering accurate and prioritised support to internal users across business applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and restoration of services.⚙️
Managing application issues
Managing application issues, service requests, and enhancements using approved tools and processes, including conducting root cause analysis and supporting major incident resolution.🗄️
Performing system maintenance
