Leading a team of professionals providing proactive and reactive WHS and wellbeing support to the AER, including role modelling leadership behaviours and facilitating career development.⚙️
Managing health and safety systems
Managing and delivering health, safety, wellbeing, and injury management systems, policies, and procedures with a focus on psychosocial safety.📈
Developing frameworks and strategies
Contributing to the development and delivery of the AER’s workplace health and safety, inclusion, diversity, and wellbeing frameworks and strategies.Key criteria
