Assisting with rent collection
Assist with rent collection, arrears management, and accurate record-keeping in AMS systems.📝
Preparing work orders
Prepare and process work orders, purchase orders, and invoices promptly.🔍
Supporting property inspections
Support property inspections and coordinate with facilities managers for maintenance.What we're looking for

Agents Representative certificate
