You'll be responsible for

Supporting delivery of products

Support and facilitate delivery of ResMed’s products and services through partner accounts to ensure optimal patient outcomes and competitive market positioning.

Handling partner activities

Handle a diverse range of partner activities, including product enquiries, training, service requests, sales follow-up, and promotional activities.

Monitoring feedback

Monitor and capture customer and partner feedback; collaborate with Strategic Account Manager to optimize sales.

Practical experience in sleep field (2-3 years)

Experience in retail or clinical settings with patient interaction.
