About the job

Braze is on the lookout for a highly experienced AVP of Sales to lead our Enterprise, Commercial, and SMB sales teams for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). This job is all about driving new business sales and managing existing customers in the ANZ region, ensuring that business outcomes are consistent and predictable. The team thrives on collaboration, high standards, and a passion for creating work-life harmony while navigating rapid growth and striving for equity and opportunity.

You'll be responsible for

Developing and executing strategies

Develop and execute a strategic customer acquisition strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives, focusing on penetration of large enterprises.

Owning sales strategy

Own the sales strategy throughout the ANZ region, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Managing account executives

Manage a team of account executives across Enterprise, Commercial, and SMB teams to drive performance and success.

Skills you'll need

💻

SaaS sales experience

A minimum of 15 years of proven experience in SaaS sales, ideally within a technologically complex product environment, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals.
👥

Team management

At least 8 years of experience managing a team of sales leaders, preferably in the marketing technology industry.
🌏

Knowledge of ANZ region

Deep knowledge of the ANZ region with at least 10 years of being physically present in the region.
