You'll be responsible for

Managing benefit programs
Project management of benefit and wellbeing programs for Asia Pacific Delivery, including analysis and management of existing and new benefits programs.📄
Developing business cases
Proactively reviewing and analyzing legislative and market data to develop business cases for new benefits initiatives.📅
Executing communications plans
Managing and executing benefits & wellbeing communications plan, including the annual wellbeing calendar and mental health month.Key criteria

Proven experience managing benefits and wellbeing programs in large organisations.View
