You will identify Carta’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and prospect through various channels like Email, Phone, and LinkedIn to generate meaningful conversations.

Driving company pipeline

Help drive the overall company pipeline by creating and managing outreach campaigns to startup founders and employees, leveraging a customer-first approach.

Ensuring data integrity

Build and manage sizable lead lists to glean unique insights and ensure data integrity across critical business systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, Marketo, and Carta.

Ability to read emotional cues, understand customer needs, and navigate conversations with meaningful solutions.

Customer-facing experience
