You'll be responsible for

Providing workers compensation advice

Providing workers compensation advice to stakeholders such as workers, employers and providers.

Taking ownership of claims

Taking ownership of a claim from initial lodgement through to service delivery and closure.

Facilitating return to work

Facilitating active participation of the injured worker and their employer in any return to work and recovery planning.

Key criteria

📄

3+ years in case management

Demonstrated experience managing complex personal injury claims.
