You'll be responsible for

Providing return to work services

Assist injured clients and their employers with safe and sustainable return to work outcomes.

Maintaining quality across customer SLAs

Ensure compliance with return-to-work rates, costs, and durations as per service level agreements.
🔍

Conducting assessments

Undertake worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home assessments to identify barriers to return to work.

Key criteria

🎓

Relevant degree qualification

Australian recognised degree in Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Occupational Therapy, or Physiotherapy.

Exceptional communication skills

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.

Current driver's licence
