You'll be responsible for

Conducting worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home assessments to identify client needs.

Identifying Return to Work barriers

Recognizing obstacles that may prevent clients from returning to work and developing strategies to overcome them.

Designing and monitoring programs

Creating and overseeing programs that assist injured employees in returning to the workforce successfully.

Key criteria

🎓

Relevant degree and accreditation

Australian recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, or Physiotherapy.

Current driver's licence

Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel for assessments.

Exceptional communication skills

Strong verbal and written communication for effective client interactions.
