Preparing strategies

Preparing and implementing strategies regularly within timeframes to achieve the optimum outcome and minimisation of claims costs.

Liaising with stakeholders

Liaising with all internal and external stakeholders regularly to progress strategies and actions.

Managing rehabilitation plans

Proactively managing rehabilitation provider and approval of rehabilitation plans/wellness plans in accordance with guidelines.

Great attention to detail and time management skills.

Case management experience

Previous Workers Compensation Case Management experience or tertiary studies in a medical-related field - Essential.
