You'll be responsible for

Managing a caseload of WWHN claims

Overseeing and determining ongoing liability for reasonably necessary s60 requests.

Conducting ongoing entitlement reviews

Reviewing weekly payments and medical expenses regularly.

Completing bi-yearly Wellbeing Plans

Setting ongoing goals for rehabilitation, treatment, care, and support with workers, doctors, and providers.

Skills you'll need

Strong technical and case management capabilities

Ability to manage and oversee a caseload of workers compensation claims effectively.

Proactive and self-motivated

Ability to think creatively when engaging with stakeholders such as workers, employers, and providers.
