Ensuring comprehensive support and access to necessary resources for families in need.

Skills you'll need

🎓

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Human Services

A foundational qualification necessary for understanding and addressing the needs of families and children in crisis.
🛡️

Understanding of child protection issues

A solid grasp of the complexities surrounding child protection, including client vulnerabilities such as drug and alcohol use, domestic violence, and mental health issues.

Experience managing complex cases

Ability to navigate and manage intricate family situations, ensuring effective support and intervention strategies are in place.
