You'll be responsible for

Managing a caseload of WWHN claims

Overseeing and determining ongoing liability for reasonably necessary s60 requests, ensuring compliance with NSW legislation.
🔍

Conducting entitlement reviews

Undertaking ongoing entitlement reviews related to weekly payments and medical expenses to support injured workers effectively.
📝

Completing Wellbeing Plans

Collaborating with workers, doctors, and providers to set ongoing goals for rehabilitation, treatment, care, and support through bi-yearly Wellbeing Plans.

Skills you'll need

⚙️

Strong technical and case management capabilities

Possessing the necessary skills to manage cases effectively and efficiently.
💼

Insurance/workers compensation experience

Having at least 12 months of experience in insurance or workers compensation is desirable.

Attention to detail and organisational skills

Demonstrating high attention to detail and strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks.
