Guide clients through the complete NILS application process, from initial enquiry through to application and outcome.

Conducting eligibility assessments

Conduct eligibility assessments with clients over the phone and in person to determine their suitability for loans.

Providing financial capability education

Deliver financial capability education and activities that increase community understanding of financial hardship and available support.
