You'll be responsible for

Conducting holistic assessments

Conduct holistic assessments using the ACT Shared Practice Framework to understand client needs.

Providing goal-oriented interventions

Provide brief, goal-oriented interventions such as safety planning, crisis support, and short-term case coordination.

Collaborating with local service providers

Work collaboratively with local service providers, including Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations, to ensure effective responses.
