Supporting implementation of the Homelessness Stream Model of Care
Contributing to the framework that guides service delivery and expectations.🧠
Performing in line with Trauma Informed Care principles
Ensuring that care practices are sensitive to the needs of individuals who have experienced trauma.🤝
Collaborating with Team Leaders and Case Managers
Working together to address client needs in a timely and empathetic manner.Key criteria
