You'll be responsible for

Providing quality assessment and referral services
As part of a team, deliver quality assessment, referral, and housing information to individuals and families who are homeless or at risk.📊
Conducting service delivery aligned with strategic plans
Ensure service delivery aligns with national and state strategic plans, and the National Homelessness Stream Model of Care.💪
Supporting clients with a strengths-based approach
Utilise a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and client-centred approach to support clients effectively.Key criteria
🎓
Tertiary qualification in social work
Minimum diploma in Social Work or related field.View

Experience in homelessness services
Demonstrated experience in a social service environment focused on homelessness.View
