You'll be responsible for

Providing quality assessment and referral
As part of a team, you will assess and refer individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.📋
Conducting service delivery
Align service delivery with national and state strategic plans, ensuring effective support for clients.💪
Supporting clients with a strengths-based approach

🎓
Tertiary qualification in social work
Minimum diploma in Social Work or related field.View

Experience in homelessness services
Demonstrated experience in a social service environment focused on homelessness.View
