Managing kitchen operations
Overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards, and procedures.📊
Estimating production needs
Estimating daily production needs on a weekly basis and communicating those needs to kitchen personnel.👩🍳
Assisting with kitchen preparations
Supporting Head and Sous Chef with all kitchen operations and preparations, including cooking dishes for special guests.Key criteria
