You'll be responsible for

Supervising kitchen operations

Supervising and coordinating all operational aspects of the Restaurant and In-Room Dining kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

Ensuring food safety

Ensuring all team members follow departmental and hotel policies, procedures, and Sofitel standards, including HACCP requirements.

Supporting team members

Delegating tasks and supporting team members, including apprentices, to ensure efficient workflow and service standards are met.

Chef de Partie experience

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality venue.

À la carte and banquet knowledge

Strong knowledge of à la carte service and banquet operations.
