You'll be responsible for

Managing operational requirements

Managing and undertaking necessary operational requirements to ensure the Council’s Civic Centre and other Council facilities are safe, comfortable, clean, well presented, operate efficiently and are well maintained at all times.

Providing supervision and leadership

Providing supervision and leadership including training, performance management, teamwork, and effective communication.
📅

Coordinating arrangements for events

Coordinating all arrangements for Council meetings, Council sponsored functions, Civic functions and other requests at the Civic Centre.

Facility management experience

Substantial experience in managing hospitality or facility operations.

Proven leadership skills

Demonstrated experience supervising and training teams effectively.

Understanding of OHS legislation

Knowledge of OHS regulations and policies relevant to facility management.
