You'll be responsible for

Establishing metrics
Establish and align annual metrics for Individual Life Claims teams to support optimal customer outcomes and operational performance.📋
Preparing reports
Prepare and deliver accurate weekly and monthly reports to the Claims team and Senior Leadership Team on schedule.🔍
Conducting analyses
Conduct independent, in-depth analyses of structured and unstructured claims data to identify key drivers of claims outcomes.What we're looking for

1–5 years in Australian life insurance
Experience in the Australian Life Insurance industry is essential.View

Solid skills to analyze claims drivers and enhance performance.View

Proficiency in analytics tools
