You'll be responsible for

Assessing and managing claims
Reviewing contractual, medical, functional, and occupational information to make robust decisions on complex life and disability claims.🤝
Conducting interviews and collaborating
Engaging with members and medical professionals to understand conditions and develop return-to-work pathways.📈
Developing case management plans
Creating and executing strategic plans that lead to optimal outcomes for members while balancing empathy and commercial considerations.What we're looking for

Life insurance claims experience
Extensive experience in managing life and disability claims, especially IP and TPD.View
