You'll be responsible for

Managing the Claims team
Day to day management of the AIG Express Claims team (7 Examiners), Broker and Client experience and the successful delivery of our evolving new service models to support the growth in our Commercial DUA network.📋
Overseeing TPA management
Assume responsibility for day-to-day management of appropriate TPA’s (namely Risksmart), and the AIG SME portfolio (i.e. Flow) segments.🔧
Executing new repair models
Execution of new AIG repair models (Do & Charge, Desktop Assessment, Quote & Repair, Virtual Assessing).Key criteria
