Lead a team of case managers and After Hours support staff to deliver high quality services to young people aged 16-25.🛡️
Providing supervision
Provide client-focused supervision and support to case management and After Hours support staff to ensure high quality service delivery.📊
Ensuring program consistency
Ensure that all components of the youth program are consistent with the Journey to Independence Model and Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) practice framework.Key criteria
🎓
Degree in social work or related field
Minimum degree qualification in social work or social sciences required.View

Experience managing staff
Demonstrated experience in staff management and leadership.View
