You'll be responsible for

Onboarding and offboarding clients

Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for clients

Preparing meeting materials

Creating and organizing materials for Adviser-client meetings to facilitate effective discussions

Maintaining client records

Keeping client information up-to-date in XPLAN and ensuring accuracy in all records

Skills you'll need

📅

Organisational abilities

Exceptional organisational abilities evidenced through managing high volume workflow
💬

Client communication management

Ability and confidence to interact with staff of all levels including Partners and manage client communication effectively
💻

Technical skills

Experience with Microsoft Office, MYOB Advanced, and Xplan is highly regarded
